Training Tip: Fleet Status in NexTraq

The Fleet Status Report is a summary of the last time your mobiles (GPS devices) downloaded information to the database.  We recommend you subscribe weekly to this report, to stay on top of possible tampering, or issues with the devices.  To run the report is simple:

Training Tip: Risk Management Report in Checkmate

The Risk Management Report is one of the most popular reports in Checkmate.  In this one report, you can:

  • Monitor high speeds
  • Compare average stop times, and number of stops among drivers
  • Monitor engine idling
  • View after hours trips
  • View possible tamper signs
  • Analyze fleet utilization with total miles driven and total stops
  • Include custom parameters from your rules to analyze fleet performance
  • View data by vehicle, or groups of vehicles to understand high risk vehicles or groups

To run the Risk Management report, select Drivers & Activities –> Risk Management.
